I was on my own personal journey starting back in 2014 and lost the confidence I had established during this process and had such a hard time gaining it back. Started a trainer a few months ago. Felt weird taking a before photo. Less weird after taking an “after” photo 11 weeks later. I still have a messy floor.
After our consultation, I committed to 20 personal training sessions. It’s now been nearly 18 months since we first started training. I’ve lost inches of body fat and gained confidence and energy.
